BOOTREC EXE FIXMBR PLUS
Perhaps it is easy to notic that a plus of such a method is simplicity and the speed of solving the problem with editing the download menu.
BOOTREC EXE FIXMBR HOW TO
well it aint working for me.After installing several operating systems on a computer, for example, Vista and Windows 7, the initial settings of the download menu are knocked down, leading to the fact that each time the PC starts, you have to choose from which OS boot and how to apply the parameters. i ve checked links already and they all say same thing about Bootrec_/FixMbr. Please dont post me links but explain it to me. My question is: Does anyone knows how to get rid of this GRUB? I STILL GET ERROR 15!Ĩ.) I can still boot Win 7 like i described in step 4.), but i dont want to boot my windows with a DVD. D:/ Bootrec.exe_/FixMbr cause i was assuming that i waybee installed grub allso on D: disk (sdb) at step 2.)ħ.) I restarted and surprise. C:/ Bootrec.exe_/FixMbr (i am not sure if C:/ part is written right but it is something like that) and i allso tried I again went to repair, comand prompt and i tried smthing like this: AND I STILL GET ERROR 15!!!Ħ.) I didnt give up and I again booted with windows 7 DVD.
At restart i still got " error 15".ĥ.) I decided to look for a way to remove grub on internet so i found a lot of sites talking how to boot with windows DVD and then go to repair, comand prompt and type Bootrec.exe_/FixMbr. I thought this might solve problems but i was once again wrong. I went to disk managment tool and formated entire sdb with linux Mint on it. At point when i got message: "Press any key to boot from CD" i didnt press any button.and my windows 7 started normally.
> at this point i couldnt do anything to boot windows 7!!!Ĥ.) I decided to get rid of Mint once and for all and i used windows 7 DVD at startup like this: but i was wrong.ģ.) I was still getting "error 15".
